We want your knowledge and expertise!SCHEDULE: 0.9FTE (36hours per week) SHIFT: Nights with rotating weekends.**$20,000 Sign On Bonus**POSITION SUMMARY:The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) serves as a key member of the unit based leadership team.
The CNC is responsible for managing patient-centered care coordination within the unit/department during the designated shift.
In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the hospitals vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.Qualifications Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.License/Certifications: Must be licensed as a current California RN.BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support).Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required (60 day grace period)ACLS required (L& D 60 day grace period)Experience: 2years applicable clinical nursing experience.2 + years in a lead role with demonstrated leadership and management proficiency preferred.We offer you an excellent total compensation package, including competitive salary, excellent benefit package and growth opportunities.
