When you join our team, each day will be new and varied. You may be passing meds one day and helping to deliver a new life into the world the next; completing vitals and assessments for observation patients; to assisting in preventing the further decline of a respiratory compromised patient on another. We understand that providing various experiences creates opportunities for staff to find specific units where they find a strong affinity.
Our department takes pride in the varied and complex care that we provide, and we are a strong team comprised of 38 RNs, 51 PCA/Transport team members, and 2 Externs – and growing! We believe in being the supporting network that joins various units of the hospital together as a family, and are proud to have a variety of staff with differing levels of experience.
Qualifications:Education
- Graduate of approved nursing program
License and Certification
- California Registered Nurse License
- BLS certification
