nn nn Description: nn nnReporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this individual will direct and manage the operations and activities of a busy Telemetry unit.nn nn Responsibilities Include: nn Oversee successful daily department operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal productivity and patient satisfaction goals/objectives Supervise staff including performance and departmental accomplishments to meet facility and regulatory requirements Promote teamwork with physicians and all health care providers Act as a liaison with patients and their representatives, physicians and employees to ensure high-quality patient care Manage unit supplies and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize costs nn Qualifications nn BSN required with Master’s degree preferred Current State of Florida RN Licensure BCLS, ACLScertifications 5+years Director level experience in a hospital setting Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and customerservice skills required Must have Telemetry experience, Neuro experience a plus Able to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of guidelines and requirements for applicable Regulatoryagencies such as JCAHO, AHCA, OSHA nn Notice nn nnOur Company’s recruiters are here to help unlock the next possibility within your career and we take your candidate experience very seriously.
