We have a new Baylor Program This program provides Nurses the opportunity to work only 12-hour shifts on the weekends and one during the week and as an incentive will get paid for 40 hours based on the Baylor shift accepted.

The Baylor program offers a work schedule where Nurses would work two days over the weekend but get full-time pay and benefits.

It’s often a high-demand schedule for people who are going to school or who have young children, because it leaves their week free.

We offer: Work two 12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday and pick up a scheduled 12 hour shift during the work week and as an incentive get paid for 40.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients.

Responsibilities : Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients Provide basic patient care and treatment Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications Educate and update patients on medical treatments Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (Spanish and Portuguese) speaking preferred Benefits : Paid Sick Time Bigger paycheck Full-time benefits No weekday hours Great rapport among nurses who frequently work together Laid-back vibe for most weekend shifts Improved ability to schedule appointments and complete errands during weekday hours Ability to go to school during the week Vero Health Care requires evidence of COVID-19 vaccination for all Vero personnel and affiliates who will be present at a facility.
