Surg. Registered Nurses for day and night shifts (12-hour).Responsibilities Include:Planning and delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Providing supervision of nursing care provided to patients by other nursing caregivers. Developing the plan for nursing care in coordination with the patient, family and other staff disciplines when necessary. Communicating changes in the patient’s clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and co-workers as appropriate.
