We serve children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in Glenmoore, West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, our services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), Residential Treatment (RTF), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.
Job Details
In this role we are looking for someone to demonstrate an understanding of psychiatric nursing principles and applies such in working with a child/adolescent population. Assesses client condition, identifies and diagnoses problems, provides appropriate treatment of medical conditions, communicates medical information to physicians as well as treatment team members, and maintains related documentation.
