Job Description Registered Nurse Operating Room – Los Angeles, CA Job Description Tower Outpatient Surgery Center in West Hollywood located in the Cedars Towers is seeking a new graduate or experienced OR Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care in our center. They will work closely with the administrative staff and surgeons in coordinating patient-care service functions in all clinical areas of the facility and direct care and related activities. Primary Role: ASC-OR Circulator Nurse will play an important role in keeping the center moving forward as they oversee the efficiency and patient care. You will work under our Director of Nursing, who will also provide you with the necessary training. Perfect for those seeking work-life balance Monday through Friday, no weekends or evenings Qualifications: LICENSURE: Registered Nurse, preferably BSN or MSN. – Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, – RN with an active license in appropriate state • BCLS / ACLS certification • Ambulatory operating room experience Three years related clinical experience Requires thorough knowledge of current nursing practices and protocols Ability to work independently and as a team player Possesses self-initiative, creativity, motivation, and the ability to delegate authority Possesses the ability to accept direction from administration and works well with both management and physicians Nursing standards of care; principles and methods involved in the education and orientation, evaluation and supervision; organization, structure, philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of the surgery center. Must have a special ability to communicate effectively and relate well with patients, physicians, office staff, vendors, and outside practice advisors. Must be able to work well under pressure.
