Position Summary 

Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, located in Medford, is a 378-bed regional referral and trauma center featuring the latest medical technology and clinical expertise–all administered with a patient-focused philosophy. Our hospital team delivers nationally-recognized heart and vascular care, orthopedic services, and cancer care, as well as a comprehensive range of other key services including neurology and neurosurgery, bariatric surgery, rehabilitation services, work health, diabetes care, hospice services, a primary stroke center, an accredited hospital-based sleep center, and the regions only neonatal intensive care unit. 

Our Cardiovascular Recovery Unit is a 14-bed recovery unit for angiograms, stents, and pacemakers. As a RN in this department, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a cutting-edge department 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Education 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred 

Experience 

    • One-year acute care experience required or completed new grad orientation within the Cardiovascular Recovery dept at Asante required 
    • The ability to rapidly admit, prep, educate, and recover elective procedural/interventional outpatients and inpatients in a fast-paced setting is required 

License/Certification 

    • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required 
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) by the AHA required upon start 
    • CSRN: Certified Sedation Registered Nurse, preferred
    • RCIS: Registered Cardio Invasive Specialist, preferred
