Responsibilities:Travel to various locations state and regionally for designated periods of time to provide a variety of services, depending on assignment, that may include:Perform screenings including medical history, physical exam, medication reconciliation and education.Complete vital signs, history and review of systems. Implement standing orders with NP or Physician oversight.Effectively identify, evaluate, and address the concerns of the member, employee or participant.Administer POC and lab based testing. Administer vaccinations and provide treatment for adverse reactions if needed.Administer medications/investigational products via IM, SQ, IV.Refer members and participants to PCP, Matrix treating provider, case management and/or disease management programs as directedWork collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including but not limited to risk & quality teams, staffing, operations, physicians, advanced practitioners, case managers, social workers, care givers and any appropriate ancillary medical personnel as appropriate.Participate in all mandatory compliance and other training programs, seek guidance for compliance-related concerns and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and Matrix policies and proceduresCreate and maintain clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols.Maintains positive control of all PHI information.Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPPA and State Board of Nursing.Book travel arrangements and process timely expense reports through the company’s approved travel and expense websites.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must Haves:Educational/Licensure Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferredCurrent unrestricted licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) to which the candidate is assignedCurrent BLS certification requiredMultistate licensure preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1+ years’ experience as a Registered NurseAbility to travel to assigned locations via public transportation including airplanesPossess a valid state drivers license and proof of coverage, and meet company driving and automobile liability insurance standardsProficient computer skills, including e-mail and Microsoft OfficeCritical thinking and ability to determine when escalation is appropriateProficient computer skills, including e-mail and Microsoft OfficeEffective written communication skills including but not limited to writing reports and correspondence.Strong verbal communication and effective listening skills, including the ability to present and maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor at all timesDemonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and use time efficientlyTravel Requirements:Must be able to travel away from home for minimum duration of four (4) weeks with one Matrix paid trip home for travel assignments meeting or exceeding 12 weeks in duration.Our Culture: We have a clear vision of where we are going, and we are guided by core values that embody our organization and our culture.We emphasizes innovation and growth, and you will be given the opportunities and tools to develop personally and professionally.We encourage and celebrate collaboration.
