Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
– $50 to $57/hr + Bonus and Benefits Schedule: Full Time and Flexible.
Choice between 4 or 5 days per week.
We are a full-service dental practice seeking a talented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).

We are open to working with new grads as well as experienced candidates.
Laser certification preferred but not required.
Compensation Package: $50 to $57 per hr + BONUS.

Job Responsibilities: * Educate patients on the condition of their mouths, periodontal disease, and their overall health* Update patients’ medical history, record blood pressure, uncover any new conditions, etc.
Perform a comprehensive periodontal evaluation including probe depths, bleeding points, recessions, mobility, furcation, etc.
Use “Standards of Care” and as guidelines.
Chart any progress/decline and advise the patient.* Identify failing dental restorations, decay and/or open contact.* Intraoral camera* Perform oral prophylaxis, polish and educate patients on home care instructions.* Perform periodontal treatment, SRPs and anesthetize patients* Discuss any unscheduled treatment with patients* Advise the Doctor when a patient is ready for exam.
Inform the Doctor of the patient’s periodontal score, what was completed during the visit, any unfinished treatments, recall intervals and any medical/personal concerns the patient may have.* Schedule patients for a future continuing care appointment, emphasizing the need for continuous care and the recommended next appointment interval COVID-19 considerations: Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
We have installed hospital grade air filtration, all team members have the appropriate PPE, we follow all state and county guidelines regarding covid precautions.
