Our office is seeking a talented and experienced Orthodontic Assistant (RDA) to join our team.
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday Duties for our Orthodontic Assistant (RDA) Include: * Greet and assist our patients efficiently with care, concern, and enthusiasm* Build an exceptional rapport with patients, parents, and staff-create excitement about being in our office!* Assist the orthodontist at the chair for doctor-time procedures* Work independently for non-doctor-time procedures* Anticipate orthodontist’s needs and be prepared for next steps* Enter concise and accurate notes in electronic treatment records* Provide oral hygiene and home care instructions to patients* Perform sterilization procedures* Take patient records (digital photos and X-rays)* Use of Intraoral scanners* Basic lab fabrication (Essix retainers)* The position may turn into a full time eventually Skills:* Orthodontic* Dolphin* Digital X-rays* Digital Impressions* Intraoral Photos* Coronal Polishing
