– $20 to $24/hr + Bonuses Duties for our Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) Include: * Welcome patients in the dental office* Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort* Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed* Sterilize instruments according to regulations* Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry* Change wires and elastics for Orthodontic patients* Take accurate digital x-rays using Dexis with no cone cuts* Take accurate impressions and pour up models without voids* Make accurate temporary crowns using putty molds without open contacts or margin overhangs* Lab work such as bleaching stents, invisible retainers and nightguards* Adhere to all Covid 19 and Infection Control Safety Protocol* Must be a fast, efficient, motivated and friendly team player Skills:* General Practice* Orthodontic* Dentrix* Cross-trained (Front/Back Office)* Spanish* Digital X-rays* Intraoral Photos* Bilingual* Dexis* Coronal Polishing Benefits:* Dental* 401k* PTO* Bonuses
