Regional Manager, Referring Medical Affiliate Education and recruitment

The Regional Manager, Affiliate Education and Distribution, plans and implements all aspects of business development, community and clinical outreach, and referring provider education and maintenance for Joint Academy.

They must possess the ability to plan, direct and implement all facets of Referring Provider Education and account management, including developing a robust marketing plan and having the ability to prioritize duties to successfully reach their defined goals.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for daily outside sales activities focused on delivering revenue growth by delivering the highest quality service to multiple referral sources.
* Develop and maintain relationships leading to increased referrals within assigned territory while delivering value to referral sources, clients and patients.
* Initial Education to Affiliate Providers on strategies to invite their patients onto Joint Academy

* Nurture and maintain education information to remain relevant to referral Affiliates via established methods including:

* Phone and written outreach
* Webinars
* Scheduled and unscheduled site visits
* Other activities coordinated w supervisor including kiosk installation, asset creation and distribution, other

* Autonomously facilitates and maintains consistent activity and result levels for the established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) given; including client referrals and appointments scheduled.
* Obtains and manages referral sources from segments including, but not limited to: physicians, therapists, social services, hospitals, professional organizations, mental health centers, etc.

through a variety of activities such as personal appointments, meetings, phone calls, tours, emails and events/conferences
* Must be effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on one, small and large groups, with peers and direct reports
* Responsible for daily entry and continued maintaining of referent database and the logging of all accounts, contacts, and activities in companys CRM
* Organize and coordinate trainings, community events, and in-service professional events

Requirements

Requirements:

* 3 5 years of sales, customer relationship and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in digital healthcare and/or working with healthcare providers carrying a quota
* PT/Clinical experience preferred
* Must exhibit excellent communication skills (oral and written).
* Ability to speak effectively before key stakeholders, groups and organizations.
* Ability to plan and organize community and provider events.
* Ability to expertly and aggressively market and sell our companys brand and services as a hunter of new accounts and an account manager of existing accounts.
* Demonstrates ability to learn quickly when facing new problems or in obtaining new information; quickly grasps the essence and the underlying concepts
* Requires ability to travel for meetings, conferences and events by personal car and/or airplane.
* Knowledge of Gsuite and CRMs (Salesforce)
* Timely follow-up on all professional inquiries and leads (within 24 hours)
