As the Director, Healthcare Logistics Operations, you will lead a network of distribution facilities across the West Coast. You will make an impact across the organization by developing, implementing and leading successful customer operations. You will direct and control activities in multiple facilities, while managing complex accounts and large numbers of employees, to ensure efficient and economical processes for storing and distributing inventory.

Description
- Develops operational goals and plans; monitors and communicates performance against plan (returns, shipments, receipts and inventory levels)
- Acts as a liaison with customers
- Monitors margins, sets priorities and coordinates with various functions to improve efficiency
- Manages operations to meet customer deadlines
- Develops and executes account plans, cross-sells, provides customer service, participates in reviews and revisions of SOWs, reports financial performance, monitors system performance, coordinates special projects and resolves problems
- Organizes and structures team/department; oversees budgeting/financial administration, functional administration and staff management
Profile
- Ability to manage customer relationships resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience in Quality Assurance standards & regulations
- Possesses excellent analytical skills
- Exhibits knowledge of supply chain industry, financial management and Human Resources practices
- Skilled at managing logistics
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- 10 years operations experience in high-volume warehouse or manufacturing operation, including 10 years operations management experience with P&L responsibility
- Previous experience within healthcare logistics
- Bachelor’s Degree
