Pay Rate: $15.34/hr.
Shift: Monday – Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Duties and Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a Referral Coordinator in a Clinical or Medial environment
- Case Management Certificate
- Duties: Answer calls, manage patient’s medical records, coordinate referral appointments, insurance verification
- Bilingual: English and Spanish is required
- Current BLS/CPR AHA prior to start
- Ability to work flexible hours
- EMR knowledge required
- High School graduate or equivalent
