We are partnered with one of the largest medical groups in the Greater Los Angeles Area to help them find an experienced Project Manager to join their team!

This position is fully remote for the time being, but with the anticipation of returning on-site to their office in Northridge later this year.

Responsibilities:

· Supports the implementation of population health programs and interventions implemented within the region.

· Identifies opportunities for the development and implementation of approaches that improve efficiencies and produce high-quality care and optimal outcomes for the region.

· Monitors and analyzes programs and interventions to ensure fidelity and optimal outcomes within the region.

· Tracks and manages ongoing performance metrics and reports.

· Conducts ad hoc financial analyses to support regional operations.

· Works collaboratively with internal departments and staff to produce reports as requested.

· Works cooperatively and collaboratively with the executive team as well as Medical Directors.

· Coordinates and performs other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

· 2 years of experience in a relevant role, such as: Project Manager, Population Health, Project Administrator.

· A minimum of two years experience working in the healthcare field.

Potential settings include: Medical Group, IPA, Hospital, Health Plan, etc.

· Masters degree in a related field preferred, but not required.

Final salary is per employer discretion and commensurate with experience
