Program Manager, Senior – Clinical Quality Analytics

Your Role

The Clinical Quality Measurement and Analytics team supports the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), Align. Measure. Perform. (AMP), Quality Rating System (QRS) and Medi-Cal Managed Care Accountability Set (MCAS) audit deliverables and activities. The Program Manager, Senior will report to the Manager, Medical Informatics. As the Program Manager, Senior, you will work in close collaboration with the Clinical Quality Analytics and Informatics teams, and will be responsible for leading efforts to create and maintain high-functioning operations through process improvement and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAS, which will enable you to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that support our business objectives.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Direct small-scale, complex programs/projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders 
  • Manage the development and implementation of process of company’s projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivery of new or existing internal/external programs and/or products
  • Develop the program, integrated program plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts 
  • Validate financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related program expenditures 
  • Define and track program milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
  • Utilize SAS to conduct data analysis, extract meaningful insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support our business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement for quality, delivery, and flow; Manages the design, development and/or implementation of new or enhanced business systems and processes to support operational and strategic goals
  • Support clinical quality leadership on planning and finance activities and large operational activities; works with Clinical Quality leaders to define success metrics and criteria
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives
  • Partner with other departments as needed, including Clinical Quality Improvement, Medicare Quality Programs and Quality Management, to ensure tasks and activities are executed on time and within budget
