Product Manager ndash Digital Dental Workflow We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with clinical or dental lab experience to guide our frictionless digital workflow to the next level of automation. You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering game-changing features to offer our clientrsquos users the highest levels of automation and ease-of-use. You’ll work collaboratively with project managers, product designers, engineers, and marketing teams to own delivery of high-quality, end-to-end digital dentistry workflows. What yoursquoll do Lead the new product development process from concept through launch, including voice of customer research, definition of customer and product requirements, development of value propositions, and coordination of software releases with product launches. Analyze dental workflows, digital design, and 3D printing for automation opportunities. Convert customer needs into requirements, epics, and detailed user stories. Perform strategic release planning for incremental delivery of new products and capabilities. Communicate and align the product goals, results, priorities, roadmap, and milestones to the project team and key stakeholders across the organization. Provide vision and direction to the software development team and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with the design team on UXUI designs, wireframes and mockups. Work with the software engineering team to balance scope, functionality, performance, and time to market. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Oversee beta testing and summarize customer feedback for the project team. Research competitors and gather competitive intelligence. Clarify value propositions for marketing guidance and launch planning. Communicate product status, key issues, and launch plans to key stakeholders across the organization. Set performance metrics and ensure acceptance criteria are met for new product features, functions, and enhancements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a technical or medical field 5+ years of product management experience with completion of full product lifecycle (from concept to launch) 2+ years experience in the dental industry Knowledge of dental practice workflow and software applications Experience delivering products in an agile development environment including the ability to translate requirements into user stories The ability to simplify complex problems, deal with ambiguity, and think holistically to improve user experiences Experience evaluating trade-offs and working with engineering teams to balance scope, functionality, performance, and time to market Clear, concise verbal and written communications Excellent problem solving skills Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25 when necessary Preferred Skills and Qualifications Dental design CAD experience Experience with additive manufacturing, 3D printers, and associated software Product Management experience with digital dentistry devices or software Experience using CX metrics to validate product expectations and drive product evolution and innovation
