- Outpatient only, 4-day work week
- Average of 16-20 patients per day
- Each physician is provided 2 medical assistants
- Guaranteed base salary plus incentives production structure

- Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree – Board Certified or Board Eligible with a valid medical license
- Position is not J1 or H1B visa eligible
