Physician Recruiter in Denver, Colorado Denver, Colorado Direct HirePhysician Recruiter Responsible for recruitment of healthcare professionals, clinical and non-clinical, for specific service line positions.

The recruiter will be working with management to determine staffing needs and recruitment strategies.

In addition, they will help to determine candidate sourcing strategies and implement sourcing solutions to develop candidate pipelines.

Will perform candidate pre-screens, evaluating qualifications of the candidates using interviews, reference, and background checks.

Advises management and staff on Human Resource processes and employee relations issues and performs special assignments as requested.

Responsibilities Administrative Pre-screens and evaluates the qualifications of candidates.

Coordinates the interview process with management.

Provides information and feedback with appropriate recommendations to the hiring managers to assist with the selection of qualified individuals, develops candidate sourcing strategies and implements sourcing solutions to develop candidate pipelines.

Responsible for timely and accurate data entry of a variety of information utilizing Lawson, Microsoft Excel/Word, Applicant Tracking system, and other pertinent software in the Human Resources Department.

Reviews and clarifies staffing requests with appropriate Vice Presidents, Directors, or their designees to ensure a clear understanding of needs.

Works with the Recruitment team to determine effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants in a fiscally responsible manner.

Utilizes industry resources to identify trends and best practices and makes recommendations based on these findings to determine recruitment and retention opportunities.

Evaluates and communicate trends in recruitment and the job market.

Assists in the preparation of recruitment plans, budgets, and strategies.

Participates effectively in targeted events, job fairs, conferences, and other activities to attract qualified candidates.

Conducts exit interviews as requested and where warranted.

Works with the compensation to ensure the integrity of the wage and salary program in the recruitment and counseling processes.

Assists with special projects as assigned.

Sourcing Actively sources cold or passive candidates.

Stays up to date on recruiting trends.

Creates partnerships with colleges to create and implement candidate pipeline.

Participates in the creation and execution of sourcing strategies with hiring managers, Director and recruitment team.

Compliance/Safety Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety-related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner.

Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame and ensures compliance of direct reports in a timely manner.

Ensures compliance with all federal and state labor laws.

Obtains references, conducts background checks, OIG checks, and verifies other credentials of candidates prior to extending an offer of employment on behalf of the organization.

If required for the position, ensure all certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid before expiration dates.

Effectively acts as a resource for hospital employees regarding personnel matters following HR policies and procedures.

Advises and assists management staff in the application and interpretation of policies.

Education Bachelor’s Degree Qualifications 3 years of related Human Resources experience
– Required Experience 2 years experience working in HR function/department.

Could include but not limited to: staffing, benefits, employee relations, training and development or 1 year of experience as a recruiter
– Required Previous experience in healthcare
– Preferred Previous experience recruiting for non-exempt and exempt roles, including managerial level positions
– Preferred Healthcare is a rapidly changing environment and technology is integrated into almost all aspects of patient care.

Computers and other electronic devices are utilized throughout the organization and department.
