Five Star Home Hospice is an established (+10 Years) and reputable hospice agency located in Pasadena, CA that provides care to hospice patients throughout the entire Los Angeles County. We are currently seeking a physician (licensed California MD or DO) to join our growing team. As we continue to develop our program, we seek an MD with experience/traniing in hospice and/or palliative care (although not required) and a physician who wants to be part of a quality driven hospice/palliative care program. The contracted physician may be required to attend our interdisciplinary team meetings, consult with our team to establish care plans, visit patients in their home settings, and provide oversight for their assigned patients.
