A financial services company in California is actively seeking a driven and experienced professional to join their staff as their new Associate Legal Counsel.
In this role, the Associate Legal Counsel will advise investment and non-investment professionals on a wide range of legal matters.
Responsibilities
The Associate Legal Counsel will:
Help manage the day-to-day processes involved with transactions
Manage and optimize strategic and operational processes and workflows related to transactions
Streamline new practices
Complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
3-6 years of transactional legal experience or credit/investment documentation negotiation
Experience working on legal negotiations and matters relating to transactions
Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
