Physical Therapist 1 – Per Diem Outpatient Floater

Responsibilities
Primary functions are to provide applicable outpatient physical therapy care for patients with various diagnoses.

Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment, documentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (including special assignments).

The primary function is patient care, unless otherwise specified.

You will be required to rotate between outpatient clinical areas and will be required to participate in holiday and weekend coverage as needed.

You will float between the various outpatient rehab offices.

Qualifications

Licensure as a California Physical Therapist and current CPR certification
Minimum 2 years of prior PT experience
Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed
