Job DescriptionCoram/CVS Health is looking for customer service-oriented professionals to join our team as a pharmacy this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will work alongside our Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians by communicating with patients, Physicians, and other health care professionals regarding the coordination of home infusion orders. You will be responsible for gathering and organizing patient information and ensuring patient documentation in up to date in our electronic data base. You will be calling for labs, triaging incoming faxes, and following up on patients end of therapy. This is a full-time – benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM, with an opportunity for over-time as needed.
