Pharmaceutical/Clinical Recruiter

Job DescriptionSUMMARY: Responsible for marketing, placement and recruitment of clinical positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall duties include marketing, developing new clients, coordinating interviews, follow ups, rate negotiations, building consultant and client relationships.Continuously sourcing and recruiting qualified clinical and scientific talent-Clinical Trial Managers, Research Associates, Scientist, Quality Assurance -Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Process Technicians, Lab Technicians, Lab analyst, PM, Bench Scientist, Biostatisticians etc.

Meeting established recruiting requirements and performance expectations Interviewing, presenting opportunities to candidates, submitting resumes Negotiating bill and pay rates within established ranges Ensure that all candidates placed has meet pre-hire requirements (references, background checks, etc.) Ensuring the talent placed meets or exceed client’s expectations and the clients SLA’s are met Building strong long-term client relationships by providing quality driven placement services Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Continuously building pipeline of candidates 3 plus years industry experience with Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical companies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.

The ability to locate qualified candidates.

Must have strong interviewing and screening skills.

Good communication skills required.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Must be well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and be familiar with online job boards, i.e.

Dice, Career Builder, Monster etc.

Solid understanding of 1099 or W2 status.

Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with team members.

Have produced results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with a proven record of dependability, enthusiasm and high sense of integrity
