Pediatric Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) at ECA are responsible for: Providing developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 3 in their natural environment Providing parent education and home programs related to treatment goals Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of fellow treating clinicians Supporting and facilitating each child’s progress through quality therapy, increasing opportunities for inclusion and enhancing trusted caregiver-child relationships Completing biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools Other related duties What are the job qualifications? Education: Degree from an accredited Master’s Degree level Speech Language Pathologist Program Licensure: Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist licensure in California (or eligible) Clinical fellowship (CFY) candidates are invited to apply Current CPR certification Current TB test Required Experience: Desire to work with patients in home setting is required Pediatric experience is a plus Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus Must pass background check and drug screening Additional Skills: Direct early intervention experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Commitment to excellence!
