We help those in need at 3 different facilities in Florida.Responsibilities include:Oversee patients’ safety and well-being at all times, ensuring they participate in programming, activities, and help patients where needed.Strong team work & communication is required.Provide a safe and secure environment for patients, paying attention to details of their day.
Follow all protocols in place, adhering to the standards of The Joint Commision.
Provide care to patients in a manner that promotes safety, comfort, and supports their treatment plan under the guidance of the supervisors.

Strong attention to detailKnowledge of substance use disorder and mental health illnesses preferred but not requiredStrong organizational skill, efficiency in work, good energy and positive attitude.
Ability to work with patients with professionalism, empathy and kindness at all times.
Must be a team player, have the ability to work effectively with others in a fast paced environment and make sound judgements.A self-starter, able to work independently, providing good judgement, positive “can do” attitude on the job.
