Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to work in a hybrid model to enhance and build our nursing team. As a nurse practitioner, you’ll be our go-to person for ensuring development of clinical workflows, managing and building a nursing team, and driving quality. As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll have to work closely with other colleagues across multiple disciplines so you should have a team spirit and a positive attitude. Patience, organisational and problem-solving skills, and communication ability are very important. Responsibilities

  • Ability to be an integral part of an innovative, fast paced clinical and business development team.
  • Acquire and maintain expert level knowledge of all Circadia Technologies and Services.
  • Ability to perform in multiple roles, including but not limited to: Project Management, Lead Clinical Specialist, and different projects within the care coordination services.
  • Drive collaboration and maintain consistent open lines of communication across assigned responsibilities
  • Ability to network with internal and external colleagues across multiple disciplines
  • Manage a team of registered nurses
  • Track and drive quality through Circadia Care Services
  • Liasie with Sales, Development, and Account Management to continuously improve services
  • Monitor customer/clinical processes and procedures. Identify potential field training issues and propose solutions
  • Provide a clinical perspective on training material and documentation
  • Promote a healthy work culture
  • Educate team members, patients, or their family members on Circadia technology
  • Maintain accurate records and schedule
  • Advance professional knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a SNF, hospital, ER, telemetry or other setting
  • Expertise in geriatric care
  • Familiarity with care delivery around telehealth and telemedicine
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team spirit with a positive attitude
  • Patience and cool-headedness
  • Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
  • Valid nurse practitioner license
  • Multiple state licensure is preferred, must be licensed in CA.
  • Master’s degree; PhD is a plus
