We are currently seeking to network with Nurse Practitioners for full-time and permanent opportunities on our New Markets Team .
*This role will be 100% travel – fly out Monday and fly home on Fridays*

Responsibilities:
As a part of the New Markets Team, you’ll be responsible for getting our new markets up and running. You’ll work closely with the other members of the New Markets team such as: the Director of New Markets, the Director of Clinical Operations and the Medical Director for New Markets.
Our goals as a Team will be to:
- Build a best-in-class provider team through clinical training and hands-on peer mentorship
- Implementing standardized clinical best practices
- Supporting market engagement goals through direct patient engagement
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- No On-call or Weekend Rotation requirements **
Compensation: $150 – $155k + $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS**

Requirements:
- Must be vaccinated
- Must have 3+ years of experience/expertise in primary care, long-term care, community resources, etc.
- Experience as a lead, supervisor or trainer highly preferred
- Must be open to fast-paced & changing environments
