We are currently seeking to network with Nurse Practitioners for a full-time and permanent opportunity on our team in the Greater Los Angeles County Areas , specializing in providing care to our patients in the comfort of their own home.

all over the place, and all homes are vetted before your first
visit (if you feel unsafe or uncomfortable there is no requirement) ***

Job Requirements:
You’ll work as an interdisciplinary team collaborating to provide the best outcomes to our patients. Our teams include Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, with supporting care provided by RN Case Managers, Social Workers, Pharmacists, as well as Behavioral Health Professionals.
Currently Hiring In:
- Downtown Los Angeles Area
- West Los Angeles Area
- Whittier Area
Schedule: Monday through Friday, seeing 5 patients per day
Compensation: $160,000 to $175,000
