Qualifications —

We look for applicants with appropriate CA state licensure. An active, current CA license is required – we do not accept associates or interns. Applicants must reside primarily in California.

  • Administrative work
  • Billing
  • Insurance credentialing/re-credentialing
  • Scheduling
  • PLUS, you will have a dedicated full-time scheduler to support you with anything client-facing.

What Your Day Will Look Like —

  • Provide individual therapy sessions with a caseload of 30 clients or more weekly (part-time options available)
  • Document individual progress and adjust client treatment plans as needed
  • Utilize various clinical approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, etc.

Client Population

At CFND, we receive referrals for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. If you are passionate about working with a specific population, our scheduling department will ensure that each client is placed according to your clinical scope.

Compensation

Salaried W2 position. Annualized salary ranges from $75K for part-time to $160K+ for full-time, depending on hours worked per week.
