We’re seeking a skilled Medical Transcriptionist with at least 5 years of transcription experience, ideally in a pathology setting. If you have a sharp eye for detail, solid medical terminology knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy, we want to hear from you.

- Winscribe Dictation
- CERNER (direct transcription into the system)
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe and format surgical pathology reports using information from requisition forms, gross descriptions, and pathologist dictation.
- Ensure reports are complete and accurate, verifying documentation and requesting additional details when needed.
- Manage documentation and distribution of consultation reports and specialized test results.
- Apply deep knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to ensure high transcription quality.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records and patient information.
- Support other laboratory and administrative functions as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of transcription experience, with a preference for those in pathology.
- Proficient in Winscribe Dictation and CERNER systems.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
