Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly
A healthcare organization is looking for a Medical Records Specialist to join their team to help with understanding medical necessity to qualify for a clinical trial. The Medical Records Specialist plays a very important role in corresponding with patients directly to obtain medical records, review medical history to help build a strong case to be experience in to participate in moving a major clinical trial forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical records and health information, have strong customer service skills towards patients, and have a passionate for mental health. This role would start within the next few weeks and work remotely to support the team based in Texas. Occasional travel to the headquarters in Texas may be required. For the remote schedule, working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
