Medical Device Sales Representative

Our client is a leader in medical devices and supplies and has been growing at a minimum of 35% annually for the last 5 years! They’re looking for a motivated Medical Device Sales Representative to join their growing team to cover a territory in El Paso and New Mexico.
The Medical Device Sales role is a great opportunity gain experience in the medical field selling to hospitals and surgery centers. Our client provides exceptional training to develop both knowledge in the medical field and advanced selling skills, in addition to providing opportunities for promotion and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new business through prospecting over the phone and in a territory
- Developing relationships with new clients – you’ll be in daily contact with surgeons and nurses in the operating room
- Account implementation and management
- Develop a sales territory in a protected market
- Negotiate and close deals!
Compensation:
- $50-55K base salary + commission = $80-100K first year

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2- 5 years B2B outside sales hunting experience
- Great communication skills
