MEDICAL DEVICE / SURGICAL SALES OPPORTUNITY CLEVELAND “Sales Associate” Great opportunity to land a career position in surgical device sales with our client, a national leader in surgical devices, instruments and implants.
1 years of outside B2B sales required.
Candidates need to live in greater Cleveland area and will work in 100% support of the CLE Sr Sales Consultant.
Once trained, you will be working with current accounts (hospitals/surgeons) and standing in lengthy surgeries as a consultant on your products.
Compensation $60k Base Salary $10k Annual Bonus $400/mo Car Allowance all gas / business expenses reimbursed First Year Total Compensation $75k Excellent Full Benefits package Requirements Must live in Cleveland area BS/BA degree Minimum of 1 year outside B2B sales experience Must have a car and ability to travel as needed Candidates must WANT medical device sales where a high percentage of the day is spent working in hospitals and in surgery Candidates must be very personable / self-driven / solid work ethic / high integrity Typical candidate loves to hustle & provide superior customer service; is hungry to increase market share (competitive), wants a performance based compensation plan, brings a very personal, professional & engaging personality and a track record of success/accomplishments.
