Job Description:

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
Job Description:
• Receives and adjudicates medical claims/bills for payment/denial. Researches claims/bills for appropriate support documents &/or documentation.
• Analyzes and adjusts data and benefits criteria for payment.
• Responds to and researches vendor and member problems, questions and complaints. (medical coding not included in description).
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relative experience
• Able to work onsite in LA
• Completed AA degree or higher
• Workers Compensation knowledge required
• KP HealthConnect or Electronic Medical Record system experience highly preferred
