  1. Pull ledger, EOB and other related correspondence
  2. Call payers/insurance companies to inquire about credit balances or open balances
  3. Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department High volume phone calls to assigned delinquent customers and reducing delinquency for these accounts Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts Providing excellent & considerate customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies
