Perform the duties in Urgent Care required to provide support for providers in all aspects of patient care under the supervision of a physician, physician’s assistant, nurse practitioner or licensed nurse which will meet the specific needs of the patient(s) presenting for care.
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School diploma or equivalent, Graduate of a Certified Medical Assistant Program required.Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in an emergency department, urgent care or other clinical setting.License(s)/Certification(s) Required:Certificate from Medical Assistant Training program.CPR Certification.
