The anticipated base salary for candidates for this open role is $160,000-215,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent upon factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job type and length of experience within the industry, education and geographic location in the within the United States.Our Medical Affairs Team has an opportunity for Sr. Medical and Scientific Educator. This field-based role focuses on medical and scientific engagement with contracted trainers. She/he develops and maintains professional relationships with contracted trainers to support the scientific and data needs of their stakeholders. She/he facilitates information exchange, education, and research activities for trainers regarding current and future therapies in development or commercialized by Revance. She/he serves as subject matter expert and is responsible for providing fair-balanced, objective, scientific information and appropriate product education. She/he complies with all policies, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the safe and effective use of Revance products upon commercialization. She/he works closely with internal Revance personnel to ensure the scientific and technical needs of Medical Affairs and the contracted trainer programs are identified and met.ESSENTIAL DUTIES* Trusted partner and primary point of contact to the Revance’s aesthetic contracted trainers (GURUs)* Responsible for ensuring assigned trainers in defined territories are competent on describing the science of RVNC products* Partner with Medical Director and Scientific Advisors on identifying topics and developing training content to ensure clinical and scientific messages are clear* Coach trainers on presentation of scientific content and messaging* Ensure consistency of scientific content delivery and alignment on injection techniques* Coordination of content for train the trainer events* Evaluation, assessment and provide feedback of trainer performance and quality* Ensure sharing of best practices between trainers* Collaborate with Professional Marketing and Education team to develop train the trainer content* High degree of understanding with regulatory guidelines and standards around promotional content* Ability to travel 60-70% is requiredEDUCATIONMinimum required:* Advanced Clinical Degree NP/PAPreferred:* PharmD/PhD/MD/DNP/DNScEXPERIENCE* Hands-on experience with aesthetic injections* Preferred clinical education, coaching or teaching experience* Team oriented individual* Demonstrated ability to influence trainers to ensure technique alignment* Impressive knowledge of botulinum toxin and dermal filler science* Fluency in discussing aesthetic injection techniques* Field-based and expected travel is 60-70%LICENCES* Active clinical license to administer cosmetic injections.COMPETENCIESKey Competencies:* Integrity, Trust, Ethics & Values* Results oriented* Strategic Skills* Organizing/Priority Setting* Business Acumen* Planning* Decision Quality* Customer focused* Conflict Management* Interpersonal Savvy* Negotiating* Problem Solving* Listening & Approachability* PartneringWORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis section of the job description is required by the American with Disability Act, (ADA).
