The Market Manager, Health Systems is responsible for developing segment strategy, demand generation and sales enablement to drive growth in the Health Systems segment in the USA.

Our team develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.

The Marketing Manager, Health Systems , will be responsible for developing segment strategy, demand generation and sales enablement to drive growth in the Health Systems segment in the USA.

This position will be remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement a marketing plan for the Health Systems segment in the USA

  • Identify customer needs and investigate existing and potential channels and market opportunities to sell existing on-market products

  • Gain insight from customers and sales to develop portfolio and segment specific marketing strategies

  • Monitor market data to identify market trends and opportunities within the Laboratories segment

  • Partner with Global Marketing, Americas Product Managers, Operations, and the Sales team to ensure the successful launch of new products into Health Systems segment

  • Build and implement coordinated marketing campaigns that align with commercial pivotal initiatives

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in a field with 6+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in a field with 3+ years of work experience.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of products in the medical device, diagnostic or life science.

  • Previous experience working with Health Systems accounts within the USA from either a Sales or Marketing perspective.

  • Excellent presentation skills; able to multi-task across a broad number of products and disease states

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Marketing plan and development of coordinated marketing campaigns
