If you’re looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Healthcare Lifesciences KPMG Strategy (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.Responsibilities:+ Serve as a Manager for enterprise-wide strategy projects and oversee client deliverables for the Healthcare Lifesciences in M Execution (Integration and Separation)+ Drive complex M transactions from diligence to Day 1 readiness and post-close value creation+ Help lead business development initiatives focused on Strategy including targeting key C- level individuals, proposing KPMG’s services and closing opportunities+ Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps, manage key engagement interviews/research and facilitate workshops+ Act as the primary team interface with various levels of client executives up to and including C-Level+ Manage the presentation of final project deliverables and advise persuasively, earning the position of a trusted advisor+ Participate in professional development of KPMG Strategy team members and assist with the recruiting and training of new staffQualifications:+ Minimum five years of recent experience in a client-facing strategy discipline at a major strategy, boutique strategy or Big 4 consulting firm in M Execution (Integration & Separation) for the Healthcare Lifesciences (HCLS) market+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field; Graduate degree or MBA from an accredited college or university is highly preferred+ Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how a transaction thesis impacts operating model design/execution across operations, technology, risk governance, people strategy and organizational design+ Comfortable with travel up to 80% post COVID+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
