Purpose Statement/Position Summary:#The Manager is responsible for the oversight, development, and management of services and activities established through the Office of Graduate Medical Education.

The Manager ensures operations are consistent with hospital and university goals and objectives.

Represents the interests of the Graduate Medical Education Department when interfacing with other departments and committees.

The Manager is responsible for strategic planning, business development, program development, financial management, performance monitoring, and personnel management, to strengthen and sustain the services and activities of the department.## Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:#5+ years of progressively responsible accounting/operations/management experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education.

Education/Licensure/Certification:#Bachelor#s Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration of similar discipline required.
