We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced LVN’s to work with our home health clients. We have an immediate opening with one of our long-term clients with 12-hour shifts from 9am-9pm. Preference for candidates seeking to work 3-5 days per week. Benefits: * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Paid sick time leave * Generous employee referral bonuses and appreciation awards * 24-hour on-call support * Paid training for new employees * Web-based access to view your schedule, care plans, etc * Exclusive employee discounts and gift programs Responsibilities: * Provide client care as directed by the Director of Patient Care Services * Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precaution * Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements * Perform all skill, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adheres to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency. * Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation * Provide assistance with activities of daily living Requirements: * Graduated from National League of Nursing accredited practical or vocational school of nursing * Unencumbered license as Vocational Nurse in the state of California. * One (1) year of nursing experience required * Current TB test, CPR Certification and physical documentation * Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality * Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States and the ability to speak, read and write fluent English * Must be comfortable with quadriplegic patients and using a Hoyer lift.
