Expectations and Duties: You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients in their home. Follow up visits with patients with home health needs. must have experience providing would care and medications as appropriate according to plan of treatment. Training available!
Qualifications:
- Must have an active State license
- Active drivers license with a clean DMV
- 1 year of home health experience
- 1 year of acute care experience as an LVN/LPN
