We have an exciting new employment opportunity for a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse. The Home Health LVNs are responsible for ensuring high-quality care for all patients.
Responsibilities:
- Performing field visits.
- Reviewing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assessing the needs of patients & families, providing care per physician order, addressing symptoms, and ensuring comfort.
- Collaborating and communicating with the Interdisciplinary Team including physician when appropriate.
- Qualifications:
- Current LVN license in good standing.
- Very strong clinical skills.
- Prior Home Health / Home Care nursing experience preferred, but training can be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
