Job Description As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) you will be in direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse and provide professional nursing services according to policies and procedures.
You will collaborate with your team, take vital information from residents, and delegate with facility staff, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents and their families.
You will be responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity.
We expect our LVNs will model a positive and professional image that represents Windsor’s missions and values.
Required (Must have): * California LVN license
– active and unencumbered
– NEW GRADS WELCOME!* CPR or BLS* Ability to read, write, and speak English* Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time* Compassion toward residents and their families Preferred: * Previous patient care or CNA experience* Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment* Experience with PCC Clinical excellence starts with you!
