The next Labor and delivery Supervisor will be working very closely with the Postpartum and Labor / Delivery nursing leadership teams. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, they will lead staff in the delivery of safe patient care in accordance with professional standards, professional practice models. They are also accountable for providing/adjusting the shift schedule and assignments, facilitating patient throughput and staff workflow to meet patient care needs.
