Junior to Mid-level Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Associate Attorney
Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level pharmaceutical and biotechnology associate attorney.
The candidate will work with other attorneys at the firm who specialize in the regulation of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Will draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements related to the conduct of clinical trials.
Respond to client questions related to the regulation of clinical trials by the FDA.
Assist the firm’s clients in obtaining FDA approval of new drugs and biotechnology products.
Should have 1+ year of experience practicing law in a top-tier law firm, in a relevant government agency, or in-house at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
Should preferably also have a general understanding of FDA’s regulation of pharmaceutical products and clinical trials and experience drafting contracts.
Must be a member of the California Bar.
The candidate should be a graduate of a nationally-ranked law school.
