Illumination Foundation (IF) is a growing non-profit organization dedicated towards disrupting the cycle of homelessness by providing targeted, interdisciplinary services in our recuperative care centers, emergency shelters, housing services and children s and family programs.

IF currently has 13+ facilities with 22+ micro-communities scattered across Orange County, Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.Job Description:The Senior will provide leadership and be responsible for the growth and development of all healthcare programs throughout Illumination Foundation, including Recuperative Care, Mobile Health Clinic and Behavioral Health services.

Under the supervision of the COO, the Senior will spearhead system-wide initiatives to achieve organizational goals and improve the skills of our medical professionals in the care delivery process.

The Senior will perform 60% hands-on clinical service and 40% healthcare administration in this role.

Serve as a key member of the Senior Management team by developing and implementing new policies and programs, guiding plans for programmatic expansion through community and hospital outreach, and monitoring operational compliance concerning licensure and accreditation to the standards of State and Federal improvement/assurance requirements.

Collaboratively lead initiatives to improve client safety, quality, infection control, risk management and client satisfaction; and provide comprehensive case management, resource referrals, comprehensive health care, support with housing, and discharge planning.

Spearhead system-wide initiatives, including, but not limited to: improving access and flow, enhancing client and family experience, and improving data collection and billing processes.

Set and meet budgetary goals related to grant-funded programs; determine resources andactivities needed to achieve organizational goals and make recommendations as needed.

Supervise and develop the Behavioral Health & Medical Leadership Teamby fostering accountability, promoting collaboration and strength-based leadership, and building a clinical competency training and development program for staff.

Consult on clinically and psycho-socially complex care with the Directors of Behavioral Health and Medical Care Coordination.

Collaborate with the administrative team to develop systems that facilitate an efficient and comprehensive care environment for clients and staff.

Serve as a primary clinical contact with community partners by building partnerships with nursing schools and other healthcare-related academic institutions to advance IF s mission and improve client care and care coordination.Minimum Qualifications: Current non-restricted FNP/ANP or PA license.

5 years (minimum) relevant management experience in Healthcare Administration.

Knowledge of the nature and causes of homelessness Have a dependable vehicle with automobile insurance.

Ability to travel locally and to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Computer literate; proficiency with MS Access, Word, and Excel.

Ability to use Google products.
