IOP Fee-for-Service Clinician

Receive the comprehensive and individualized treatment you need to regain your health, without putting your life on hold.The goal of outpatient care is to:Maintain abstinence, while increasing knowledge about substance dependency and the recovery process.Acquire and build recovery skills necessary to maintain a sober lifestyle.Increase physical and emotional stability while living a sober lifestyle.Identify life changes necessary for sobriety and develop daily behavioral skills to help manage life changes.Assist significant others in coping with the impact of addiction on relationships.Job SummaryFacilitate a structured Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)C Clinician.

3-12 hours a week with availability for mornings or evenings.

Able to work either South Kingston and/or Greenville offices.

Maintain a clinically supportive environment for the patients.

Provide crisis intervention as needed.

Work in collaboration with the clinical team.

Discuss and explain available outpatient treatment services upon completion of IOP.

Provide patient progress updates to the primary clinician as needed.

Assure that all clinical documentation is in accordance with AdCare, DPH, JCAHO and other standards as identified in their respective guidelines.

Communicate clinical concerns to the Director of Outpatient Services.

Adhere to AdCare policies and mission statement.

QualificationsMinimum of 2 years’ experience at least 1 year in substance abuse treatment required.

Proficient computer skills.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service and communications skills required.

Must have independent license: LCDP, LMHC, or LICSW.

Bachelors/LCDP.

Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC), and satisfactory criminal background records check.

Following the CMS guidelines all employees are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 by January 2022.
